Romney wins AZ, pulling ahead of Santorum in MI

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Mitt Romney has won the Arizona primary and is pulling slightly ahead of Rick Santorum in Romney's home state of Michigan.
With 35 percent of Michigan's precincts reporting, Romney had 41 percent to Santorum's 38 percent. Ron Paul is in third place with 12 percent, and Newt Gingrich is bringing up the rear with 6 percent.
