Central Park — Twristan Waite, a senior at Hudson’s Bay High School and a Boys & Girls Club member since the first grade, has been named the Clinton & Gloria John Clubhouse Youth of the Year. The award recognizes outstanding contributions to family, school, community and the Boys & Girls Club, as well as overcoming personal obstacles.
