ATLANTA (AP) — Atlanta’s Joe Johnson is returning from a left knee injury to start in Wednesday night’s game against Golden State, while Warriors guard Stephen Curry is missing his second straight game due to a sore foot.

Curry also missed Wednesday night’s loss at Indiana with a strained tendon in his right foot.

Johnson was named to the All-Star team for the sixth straight year but was held out with tendinitis in his left knee. He also missed Atlanta’s last two games before the break.

The Hawks are without one of their top backups, forward Vladimir Radmanovic, who reported to Philips Arena but was sent home with an upset stomach.

Hawks center Zaza Pachulia, who has a sore left calf, is starting.
