PROSSER, Wash. (AP) — A woman walking on a sidewalk in Prosser was struck and fatally injured by a pickup truck backing out of a driveway.
Police said 63-year-old Eileen Bradley died after the accident Tuesday at Prosser Memorial Hospital.
The pickup driver said he didn’t see her.
The Yakima Herald-Republic reports (http://is.gd/gKvDRW ) the Benton County sheriff’s office and Washington State Patrol are investigating.
