MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) — Jarrod Jones had 15 points and 11 rebounds as Ball State beat Florida A&M 70-55 Wednesday night.
Randy Davis also had 15 points and Chris Bond scored 14 for the Cardinals (8-4). Ball State led 30-29 at halftime and Florida A&M led 41-36 early in the second half, but the Cardinals went on a 15-0 run and put the game out of reach. The final score was their largest margin.
Ball State shot 61 percent in the second half and 46 percent for the game from the field.
Amin Stevens had 21 points and four blocked shots and Reggie Lewis scored 13 points for the Rattlers (2-13).
