Driver stopped on I-5 had skeleton passenger

KENT, Wash. (AP) -- The Washington State Patrol says a trooper pulled over a speeding driver on Interstate 5 near Kent who had a plastic skeleton belted in the passenger seat.

The skeleton was dressed in a white sweatshirt, but didn't live up to the passenger requirement for carpooling.

The driver was cited Dec. 20 for aggressive driving, speeding at 82 mph and violating the HOV lane.
