A disabled Vancouver woman is hoping someone will spot her stolen car and call 911.

The burgundy 1997 Nissan Altima was stolen from the woman’s driveway in the Rose Village neighborhood between 12:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on New Year’s Day.

Inside the car was a child-safety seat for her granddaughter’s boy, age 2. Also in the car was the woman’s cane, made of wood with a black L-shaped handle, and black front-seat covers with images of large butterflies.

The car’s license, number ADM-1727, may have been removed after the theft.

Anyone who sees the car is asked to call 911 and ask the dispatcher to refer to case number V-11-23061.
