Nuener wins women's sprint biathlon World Cup race

OBERHOF, Germany (AP) -- Two-time Olympic champion Magdalena Neuner shot cleanly in winning a sprint biathlon World Cup event on Friday.
The World Cup overall leader had a steady hand at both shooting ranges two days after missing four shots.
On Friday, she covered the 7.5 kilometers in 22 minutes, 27.6 seconds, leaving Darya Domracheva of Belarus 37.3 seconds behind after one penalty lap. Olga Zaitseva of Russia was third.
Neuner earned her 27th career victory and the third sprint win in her final season.
