FORKS, Wash. (AP) -- The suspect in Sunday's fatal stabbing of an 18-year-old woman at Forks remained at large Tuesday, and police say they believe he is still in the area.
Sgt. Ed Klahn says investigators are following several leads as they look for the 25-year-old man, Moises Ramirez Matias, who also goes by the name of Dario Ramirez Moises. The Peninsula Daily News reports (http://is.gd/KzR6aA ) an arrest warrant has been issued for him.
He lived with Laranda Konopaski who died of multiple stab wounds. She was a member of last year's Clallam Bay High School class. Police say she has a young daughter who is now in the custody of Child Protective Services.
