Explosion on fishing vessel at Port Townsend

PORT TOWNSEND, Wash. (AP) -- The Coast Guard says there was an explosion Monday morning on board a vessel moored near the Coast Guard Cutter Osprey in Port Townsend.
Petty Officer Nathan Bradshaw in Seattle says nobody was on board the 47-foot fishing vessel, called the Silver Lady. It has not taken on water. There's no damage to the cutter.
The Port Townsend Fire Department responded.
