EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) -- Minnesota Vikings linebacker Chad Greenway has been picked for his first Pro Bowl.
Greenway, who had a personal-best 174 tackles this season, will replace the injured Lance Briggs of Chicago. The Vikings made the announcement Monday.
Greenway has led the Vikings in tackles for four straight seasons. The team said he has 104 solo and 70 assisted tackles this season.
Minnesota defensive end Jared Allen is a starter in the Pro Bowl, which will be played Jan. 29 in Honolulu.
