OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — A 17-year-old former McDonald’s restaurant employee was sentenced Monday to 60 days in jail for using a credit card skimming device to steal more than $13,000 from drive-thru customers in Olympia.

The Olympian reports (http://is.gd/YHog1S) the teen will get credit for time served since his arrest in November when his parents refused to post bail.

The boy pleaded guilty to forgery and identity theft. As part of his sentence he must pay full restitution.
