About 9:50 p.m. Tuesday, a one-car accident was found off Northwest Carty Road a half-mile east of Hillhurst Road in Ridgefield.
A teenage girl initially was said to be unconscious, but may have been suffering anxiety, Capt. Ryan Berg with Clark County Fire & Rescue said later Tuesday night.
Berg said the girl's injuries were minor but she was taken to a hospital as a precaution.
She was the only person in the car.
The car was not damaged. It wasn't known what caused the girl to drive off the road.
