$1,500 grant to help build community bulletin board

Lincoln — The Lincoln Neighborhood Association received a $1,500 sustainability grant from the Vancouver Watersheds Alliance in the fall.
The matching-funds grant will be used to build a community bulletin board at Latte Da Coffee House & Wine Bar at East 39th Street and Creston Avenue in Vancouver.
