ARLINGTON, Wash. (AP) — Arlington, Wash., police have arrested a 16-year-old boy in a Tuesday night arson at a home under construction.

A city spokeswoman said late Wednesday night that the Arlington teen was being booked into an Everett youth center on one count of first-degree arson.
