Fire set at Arlington home under construction

ARLINGTON, Wash. (AP) -- A fire Tuesday night at a home under construction in Arlington was arson.

The city says that fire was set and attempted arsons were discovered at two nearby homes also under construction.

Fire Department Deputy Chief Tom Cooper estimates the loss at about $65,000.

Police and the Snohomish County fire marshal are investigating. There's a reward for information leading to the arsonist.
