Vancouver Heights — Neighbors who live in Vancouver Heights gathered Dec. 10 for the annual holiday potluck at Breakfast at Valerie’s restaurant in Vancouver.
Vancouver Heights Neighborhood Association representatives said they are grateful to the restaurant, the neighbors who came to the potluck, and to Jen Reed, former association chairwoman, and Jan Kent, former treasurer, for organizing the event.
