Heavy rains brings flood advisory for Southwest Washington

The National Weather Service has issued an urban small stream flood advisory for Southwest Washington and parts of Oregon.
Rain continues to pelt Clark County and the recorded amount since midnight at Vancouver's Pearson field is at .81of an inch.
