COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — These are bad times for good teams in the Big Ten.

Unranked teams have pulled off no fewer than seven upsets already against Top 25 teams — and the league season is not three weeks old.

So it stands to reason that two-time defending champion and sixth-ranked Ohio State, which has already lost twice in conference play on the road — once by an team unranked at the time (Illinois) and another by a team ranked below the Buckeyes (Indiana) — is more than a little bit nervous heading to Nebraska on Saturday.

Clearly, the best way for second-division teams in the Big Ten to warm up their fans during the coldest months is to get them to rush the court.
