PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A pair of teenage brothers and an alleged accomplice face aggravated murder charges in the shooting death of a 13-year-old Portland boy.

On Friday, 18-year-old Samuel Vasquez and his 16-year-old brother Ezequiel, along with 15-year-old Josefina Ramirez, were indicted in the death of Julio Cesar Marquez, the Oregonian reports (http://bit.ly/xKY3U9 ).

Police found a rifle they believe was used in the slaying.

The body of Marquez, a student at an alternative Portland school, was found by an 8th-grade boy in November.

Marquez is the youngest gang-involved homicide victim in the city in at least a decade.

He died of blunt-force trauma and gunshot wounds.

Police said tips from community members and the Washington Department of Corrections helped lead them to the suspects.
