No. 12 UWGB women improve to 17-0, beat Cleve St

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Julie Wojta scored 12 points and No. 12 Wisconsin-Green Bay set a school record by improving to 17-0 Saturday with an 80-58 victory over Cleveland State.

Sarah Eichler, Lydia Bauer and Stephanie Sension also scored 12 apiece for the Phoenix (7-0 Horizon League). Green Bay hasn’t lost a regular-season game since a defeat at Marquette on Dec. 12, 2010.

The Phoenix had just two turnovers and shot 47 percent in building a 43-23 halftime lead.

Honesty King led Cleveland State (8-10, 3-4) with 19 points.
