Elite Construction, specializing in roofing, siding, and energy-efficient window replacement, has leased 500 square feet of retail space at 2200 Broadway, Vancouver, from Toucan Too LLC. Terry Phillips of the Phillips Group represented the landlord.
Identity Clark County, a non-profit organization focused on the region’s economic well-being, has leased 1,260 square feet of office space from 915 Broadway LLC at 915 Broadway, Vancouver. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Kristin Hammond of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.
Janet Billimon, offering island specialty foods, clothing and crafts, has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 5701 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Prugh Enterprises. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
