Mitt Romney wins Florida GOP primary

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney has won the Florida Republican primary, easily defeating main rival Newt Gingrich. The former House speaker earlier vowed to stay in the race regardless of the outcome in Florida.
