Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.
Great Northern Asset Management LLC has leased 2,095 square feet of office space at Main Place, 1111 Main St., Suite 250, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.
Laura Lewis and Sue Gebhardt, providing counseling services, have leased 779 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 119-A, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.
Changepoint Inc., providing counseling services, has leased 4,868 square feet of office space at Orchards Center, 10621 N.E. Coxley Drive, Suite 106, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.
Weyerhaeuser, a building products company, has leased 1,838 square feet of office space at Thurston 500, 4317 N.E. Thurston Way, Suite 140, Vancouver, from Weston Investment. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.
Xylem Investments has purchased a 40,000-square-foot warehouse on 3.87 acres at 7600 N.E. 47th Ave., Vancouver, from Industra Properties. The sale price was $2,000,000. The site will be leased to Premier Pump and Power LLC and Centex Fluid Products. Brian Sullivan and Kristy Fire of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the buyer and Kevin Murphy of Kidder Mathews represented the seller.
