Dodgers RHP Coffey to have Tommy John surgery

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Dodgers reliever Todd Coffey will have Tommy John surgery and miss the rest of the season.
Coffey has a tear in his right elbow. Los Angeles put him on the 15-day disabled list Tuesday.
The 31-year-old Coffey was injured during Monday night's game. He was 1-0 with a 4.66 ERA in 23 games this year. He previously pitched for Cincinnati, Milwaukee and Washington.
