Man wounded in Portland drive-by shooting

PORTLAND — Police gang detectives are investigating a drive-by shooting that wounded a man in Portland.
Police say shots were fired Wednesday afternoon from a car into a group of men standing near a car wash. The men apparently returned fire and the car fled.
A victim turned up at a hospital with a gunshot wound.
The Gang Enforcement Team is investigating.
