Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.
Mattress Pros has leased 3,938 square feet of retail space at Andresen Marketplace, 6709 N.E. 63rd St., Suite 102, Vancouver, from Scott Family Limited Partnership. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the tenant.
Regency Estates JV LLC has purchased 20.12 acres with 46 platted subdivision lots at 17419 N.E. 29th Ave., Vancouver, from JCLYWFG Investments. The purchase price was $1,755,000. Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.
Ryan Tavakoli has leased 1,172 square feet of office space for a dermatology practice at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 215-A, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.
Wilbur-Ellis Company, an agricultural products company, has leased 10,842 square feet of office space at Columbia Shores, 2001 S.E. Columbia River Drive, Vancouver, from C.E. John Properties 61 LLC. Doug Bartocci and Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Doug Bartocci also represented the tenant.
