For the fifth consecutive year, J.D. Power and Associates has recognized Clark Public Utilities with its highest customer satisfaction ranking for residential electric service among midsize electricity providers in the western United States.
The J.D. Power study measures customer satisfaction with electric utilities by examining power quality and reliability; price; billing and payment; corporate citizenship; communications and customer service. In all of these categories, customers gave Clark Public Utilities the highest score among the West’s midsize utilities.
More than 104,000 U.S. residential electric utility customers responded online to the study, which compared 126 electric utilities serving more than 93 million households.
