North Salmon Creek — Teen members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints fanned out all over Clark County on June 29 to do community service projects as part of an annual regional conference. They worked at local parks such as Salmon Creek Greenway and Lacamas Lake, and at charities such as Share and the Clark County Food Bank. The teens also took on painting, roof and building repairs and yard work for private homeowners in need. Afterward, approximately 1,400 young people returned to Skyview High School for the rest of their conference which included a talent show, choirs, speakers, classes, dancing, a flash mob dance, games and food.
