Letter: So what's the GOP alternative?

As it appears the GOP is intent on taking away my health care, what is the plan of our member of Congress, Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Camas, to replace it? I hear a lot about repealing Obamacare, but I cannot recall hearing the details as to any realistic plan by which to fill in the void. Our congresswoman owes us her candid detailed plan.
