Hockinson -- Sisters Nikki Dunham, 20, a WSUV junior, and Kelsey Dunham, 17, a Hockinson High School senior, are spending a month in Seoul, South Korea volunteering at a home for mentally and physically disabled people. The volunteer work is part of Kelsey's senior project. As adoptees, they also were invited to testify before a South Korean court on their views on adoption. The Korean court is in the process of redefining some adoption laws. This was the first time adoptees were invited to testify.
