Road No. 99 to Windy Ridge opens Friday

COUGAR — Road No. 99 to Windy Ridge on the east side of Mount St. Helens will be open beginning Friday.
The route leads from road No. 25 to a viewpoint at Windy Ridge and makes accessible several trailheads including Norway Pass.
Road No. 26 also opens Friday.
