Police are asking for the public's help to identify the two.

Vancouver police are looking for two people who allegedly took money from a wallet found at a local restaurant before turning it into management.

The pair found a wallet in a booth at the McDonald's at Fourth Plain Boulevard and Fort Vancouver Way around 10:45 a.m. Thursday, according to a Vancouver police bulletin. Video surveillance shows the two removing money from the wallet.

"If the persons shown thoughtfully retained the money to ensure its safekeeping, they can turn it in at Vancouver Police West Precinct to be returned to the owner," the news release said.

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspects should contact Vancouver police at 487-7399.
