Letter: Anderson grasps commission's role
Saturday, July 14, 2012
Low-cost energy here in Clark County and in our region is our international economic competitive advantage. Julia Anderson, candidate for Clark Public Utilities Commission, will work to preserve our energy advantage as we compete for new jobs. She understands that employers need low-cost power and predictable power rates to plan for the future.
As a commissioner of Clark Public Utilities, Anderson will fight to preserve low-cost public power and will seek collaboration with others to solve the energy challenges facing our region. We've all got to work together. Julia Anderson has my support for Clark Public Utilities Commissioners, District 1.
