An adult woman and small child reported minor injuries after a crash between a minivan and a bicycle Monday morning in east Vancouver.

The crash was reported at the intersection of Mill Plain Boulevard and Southeast 164th Avenue just after 11:10 a.m., according to emergency dispatch logs.

Vancouver Fire Department Capt. Kevin Murray says the crash involved a bicycle towing a trailer and a minivan.

“The bike was pretty much underneath the van,” he said.

An adult woman riding the bike and small child in the trailer were treated for minor injuries, Murray said.
