Winners of Sing Fourth competition announced

Hudson’s Bay — Ashlee Waldbauer’s vocal performance of “Runaway Baby” garnered her first place in the Sing Fourth high school vocal competition during Independence Day at Fort Vancouver. Waldbauer, a student at Prairie High School, received a $1,000 scholarship to the college of her choice. Second-place winner Janelle Harriman, a student at Skyview High School and Clark College Running Start, performed “Honey Bun.” She received a $500 college scholarship. Michael Ash of Columbia River High School took third place with his rendition of “Fly Me to the Moon.” He received a $250 college scholarship. The contest is produced by the Fort Vancouver National Trust. Learn more at http://fortvan.org.
