VANCOUVER — Vancouver-based Holland Partners Group has received $34.5 million to acquire a 384-unit apartment complex in Denver, according to a statement released Friday by the Portland office of CBRE Capital Markets.
CBRE arranged for Holland Partners to receive the funding through Freddie Mac.
Holland Partners Group is an acquisition, construction, multifamily property management and development firm with more than 21,000 units in Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Nevada and Arizona.
