Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Bubb’s Food Services, providing Hawaiian-style catering, has leased 1,200 square feet of warehouse space at East 18th Street Business Park, 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented both parties.

Friends of the Columbia Gorge and the Washington Trails Association have leased 417-square-feet at 1887 Main St., Suite 202, Washougal, in a newly constructed building. The tenant and the developer, Lone Wolf Development, represented themselves in the transaction.

Homestreet Bank has leased 3,914 square feet of space at Parkway Plaza IV, 7700 N.E. Parkway Drive, Suite 220, Vancouver, from TMG Vancouver LLC. Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson and Hughes McGloughlin of Jones Lane Lasalle represented the tenant. Kristin Hammon of Jones Lang Lasalle represented the landlord.

Mohawk Metal Company has leased an 18,684-square-foot industrial building at 3825 N.E. 68th St., Vancouver, from CT Properties. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

PST Services, wholesalers, has leased 18,878 square feet of office space at Stonemill Business Park, 204 S.E. Stonemill Drive, Suite 200, Vancouver. Doug Bartocci and Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Kevin Kaufman of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

Self Balance Massage has leased 900 square feet of office space at Vancouver Mall Business Park, 5701 N.E. 94th Ave., Vancouver. Sandy Bepler LMP is the owner of Self Balance Massage, and provides hot stone, relaxation, treatment and deep-tissue massage. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
