OHSU to host autoimmune disease forum

Oregon Health and Science University and the American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association are hosting a free forum next month.
The forum, “What every American needs to know about autoimmune disease,” runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 4 at OHSU’s Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in the Vey Conference Center, 700 S.W. Campus Drive in Portland. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. Lunch will be provided.

The conference is free and open to anyone. Some of the nation’s leading scientists and medical professors will make presentations, including Dr. Noel Rose, director of the Johns Hopkins Autoimmune Disease Research Center.
