Letter: Why is vote not countywide?

Here we go again. Our Clark County commissioners (who are suppose to represent all of us) and the C-tran board have decided to put light rail and mass transit funding (operation and maintenance) to a vote — but only for in the C-Tran service district. You can bet that this is done knowing that people in the areas that don’t get a vote will also have to pay the additional sales tax when we shop in the C-Tran service district.
