Roddick and Isner lose in Olympic doubles

WIMBLEDON, England (AP) — Andy Roddick and John Isner lost their opening doubles match at the Olympics on Saturday against Marcelo Melo and Bruno Soares of Brazil, 6-2, 6-4.

The other U.S. men’s team, top-seeded Bob and Mike Bryan, edged Thomaz Bellucci and Andre Sa of Brazil, 7-6 (5), 6-7 (5), 6-3. The Bryans never lost serve.
