Great Harvest Bread Co. opens Friday

Husband-and-wife franchise owners David and Rebecca Juarez plan to open Vancouver’s first Great Harvest Bread Co. bakery on Friday.
The 2,150-square-foot bakery is at 13215 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd. in the Columbia Square shopping center, between Craft Warehouse and Chuck’s Produce and Street Market.
Great Harvest specializes in whole-wheat bread products baked daily. The national chain, founded in Great Falls, Mont., in 1976, is now represented by more than 200 franchise bakeries.
