It is amazing all the things that are said regarding the hazards of shipping coal by rail to West Coast ports for export. It would seem that the questions raised can be easily answered. Just contact people in North Platte and Grand Island, Neb., and other cities on the Union Pacific line where coal trains have been passing through for decades. They should know.
