Body recovered on Everett waterfront

EVERETT, Wash. (AP) -- Police say a small boat that capsized off the Everett waterfront May 14 was overloaded with scrap metal.
One of the two men aboard made it ashore. The body of the other man was recovered Friday and identified Tuesday as 49-year-old Richard L. Irby of Everett.
The Daily Herald reports (http://is.gd/8vgLwp ) their 12-foot boat capsized near Jetty Island.
