The extension office volunteers and Master Food Preserver will operate a food safety hotline through October. The hotline — 360-397-6060 ext. 5366 — is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The WSU Food Safety Hotline is a message hotline. So call the number and leave a brief message with your name and phone number. WSU volunteers will return calls within 24 hours.
