Letter: Media preference makes headlines

The Columbian
Published: June 7, 2012, 5:00pm

Many polls indicate that the general media is in tank for President Obama and his left-wing minions. All we have to do here in Vancouver, Washington, to witness this fact is to open up The Columbian newspaper.

For instance, the June 4 front page headline jubilantly blazes, “Protests greet Romney in Portland.” Turn to the next page and the reader is met with “Bill Clinton: Romney would be ‘calamitous’ for America,” and another story by its side is headlined, “Obama win would may cost Romney in taxes.” The cartoon at the center also carries an anti-conservative message. Etc, etc. etc.

What ever became of neutral reporting vs. biased blather?
