Letter: Rural neighborhoods overrun

Another person moving here from California is ruining the tranquility of living in rural Clark County. Why is the first thing new residents do when they move here is buy off-road vehicles and ride over everyone's property, completely drowning out the beautiful peace and nature sounds of our area? I'm sure many longtime residents agree that we are tired of living with roaring motors and exhaust, not to mention the damage done to the land. Walk, don't ride, to enjoy your neighborhood.
