Esther Short Park -- A group of knitters decided to strut their stuff in public June 9. It was the eighth-annual World Wide Knit in Public Day -- the largest knitting event in the world. This was the fifth year the Fort Vancouver Knitters Guild demonstrated knitting at Esther Short Park. "It was a cold day in the park, but fun," said member Judie Stanton.
