CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — North Carolina’s Harrison Barnes has worked out for the Bobcats as Charlotte conducts evaluations for the June 28 NBA draft.

The 6-8, 210-pound small forward averaged 17.1 points and 5.2 rebounds as a sophomore this past season and was a first-team All-ACC selection.

The Bobcats own the second selection in the draft and are considering several options, on the assumption that New Orleans will take Kentucky’s Anthony Davis with the first pick.

Florida’s Bradley Beal and Kentucky’s Michael Kidd-Gilchrist worked out for the team Tuesday. Kansas’ Thomas Robinson and Connecticut’s Andre Drummond are expected to work out Friday.

Also working out Thursday were Nick Barbour of High Point, Dorenzo Hudson of Virginia Tech, Jamar Samuels of Kansas State, Dominique Sutton of North Carolina Central and C.J. Williams of N.C. State.
