Avada Audiology & Hearing Care has renewed its lease of 768 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 220, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

C.W. Capital, financial advisers, has leased 7,265 square feet of office space at Bank of America Building, 805 Broadway, Suite 707, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Paul Giannopulos of Cresapartners represented the tenant.

Great Northern Asset Management LLC has leased 2,095 square feet of office space at Main Place, 1111 Main St., Suite 250, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.

Laura Lewis and Sue Gebhardt, providing counseling services, have leased 779 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 119-A, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Lydia Work, dba E&B Work LLC, has purchased 15 acres at 320 Robinson Road, Woodland, for a paper products business. The purchase price was $1,018,965. The sellers are Marilyn and Calvin Dickerson. Ron Kawamoto and Sierk Braam of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller.

Vandelay Sales, import broker, has leased 1,332 square feet of office space at 536 N.E. Fifth St., Camas, from Aaron Lutz. Greg L. Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.
